What I Do

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, I bridge the gap between technology and customer needs. I collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, gain insights and translate concepts into actionable plans. This involves analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing effective technological solutions aligned with the objectives defined in the projects.

Product Owner / Functional Analyst

I am responsible for the "Product Backlog" and a deep dive into the functional requirements of software applications. I carry out analyzes of these requirements, ensuring that they are clear, comprehensive and aligned with the needs of users, customers and products. In addition, I create detailed functional specifications, wireframes/prototypes and mock-ups that serve as a technical blueprint for developers.

UX Designer / Design Thinker

I'm involved in building the user experience, using also design thinking principles to put myself in their shoes, ensuring that the software not only meets their needs, but delights them as well. Through prototyping tools, I create templates and mock-ups that visualize the user's journey, facilitating the understanding of both stakeholders and development teams about the final product.

Tester / Quality Assurance

As part of final product assurance, I test softwares before they are deployed, validating that they work as per requirements, identifying issues and providing feedback to the development team. While I don't delve into the complexities of coding, I play a critical role in maintaining quality.

Database Administration / Front-End

I manipulate information in various database tools at a more comprehensive level. Without delving into broad technical details, I manage simple and complex data to gain insights that contribute to decision making. I also get involved in front-end prototyping, sometimes even basic coding to make the prototypes and interfaces more authentic, realistic and engaging.

Scrum / Agile Leader

My work is deeply rooted in agile and Scrum methodologies. I thrive in collaborative and iterative environments, where I lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project exceeds expectations. I facilitate and participate in sprint planning ceremonies, daily meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives, promoting efficient communication and adapting requirements when necessary.

Business Process Management

I play a key role in modeling and optimizing customer / product business processes. I work closely with stakeholders to understand their current processes and, as a team, best define the desired processes after suggesting improvements. This ensures that the software solutions and applications that will be implemented are broadly aligned with the business strategy.

Web Designer

I aim to create captivating digital experiences and my approach encompasses custom website design, applying the latest tools and market trends. My expertise in responsive design ensures that websites adapt to different devices, and by combining visual aesthetics with effective usability, my goal is to create memorable and impactful online presences for my clients' brands and businesses.
